关于稠油改性技术的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了一种采用物理方法使粘稠的燃料油变成一种在常温下具有良好流动性的流体的技术,从而可望在没有蒸汽伴热和炉前加热的条件下的远距离输送和工业燃用。另外,文中还介绍了这一技术在实验室研究和工业规模试验中的结果。

Abstract:In recent years,industrial fuel oils(heavy oil or residual oil)used in our country are becoming more and more viscous,which will not only increase the consumption of steam in industrial applications and cause a lot of troubles in operation,but also lead to lower atomized quality of fuel oil,and will further have bad effects on combustion status inside furnace,heat efficiency of the equipment,fuel consumption and cost of product.In view of this case,we introduce a sort of technology which can physically change the viscous fuel oil into a kind of fluid with good fluidity at normal atmospheric temperature.It can be expected to realize long distance transportation and industrial burning of fuel oil without steam supplying and oil preheating.In addition,the experimental results in lab research and industrial scale tests are also introduced here.
