| Abstract: | Municipal files are regarded as the fruit of urban planning,construction & management,and the guarantee for operating,developing & lasting of a whole city.To manage & use municipal files well is helpful to discover & solve the bugs appeared in urban daily operation and to judge the utility value of municipal facilities.Only on this basis,can the aims be realized such as managing municipal facilities scientifically,reducing surveying design & testing cost and saving construction cost to create great investment environment. |
