单管塔节点刚度对整塔刚度的影响

摘    要:单管塔常用的插接连接节点和法兰连接节点的刚度相对于连续塔体均有不同程度弱化,而目前单管塔的设计计算方法将整塔视为刚度连续构件,并未考虑节点刚度弱化对整塔刚度的影响。利用ANSYS有限元分析程序可以分析多种单管塔节点的节点刚度的弱化程度,采用适当简化方法可进一步分析考虑节点刚度弱化时整塔刚度变化,为实际工程设计提供参考。

Abstract:The stiffness of flange joints and slip joints which is usually used as the connections of monopoles are weaker than that of continuous pole structure.However,the current calculation method of monopoles assumes that the pole is a continuous stiffness structure,which means not considering the influence of joint stiffness.In order to get a more correct calculation to provide reference to engineering application,the stiffness of joints should be taken into consideration.The FEM program ANSYS can be used to analyze the stiffness of different kinds of joints.With proper simplification of joints,ANSYS can also be used to analyze the stiffness of the whole tower,considering the effect of joint stiffness.
