新时代高层建筑设计及相关问题的探讨

随着商业化、城市化进程的推进,城市人口剧增,城市商业用地和住房用地愈来愈紧张,而土地的有限性决定了城市建筑物向＂高层、多层＂发展的必然性。如何让高层建筑在适应时代发展需求的同时又能巧妙的融合到城市空间的风景之中是本文探讨的关注点,同时简要概括了高层建筑在设计和施工过程中常面临的一些问题,并提出相应的应对措施。

Discussion on Design and Related Problems of the High-rise Buildings in the New Era

With the progress of commercialization and urbanization , the urban population is soaring up , and the use of land for commerce and housing is increasingly intense .Moreover , the limitation of land resources determine that the urban buildings will be inevitably devel -oped into high-rise and multi-story.This essay focuses on how to design the high -rise buildings to meet the need of era development , and at the same time to integrate them with the urban landscape;and it also summarizes some problems during design and construction of the high-rise buildings briefly , and puts forward relevant strategies .
