| Abstract: | To explore the reasons for the formation of the Gulangyu ’s walking space by objective analysis of the space. There are concerned with the local awareness of the Insular Residential Environment in Gulangyu islet,topography and the enclosed forms between the courtyards. Finally,the article summarized the considerations of the maintenance and development of the walking space. |
