城市边缘区控制性详细规划的编制方法探讨——以连江县中心城东片区为例

在中央大力推进城镇化的工作中,城市边缘区以其优越的区位条件、生态优势、丰富的土地存量成为城镇化的重要空间载体,对建立一个合理的空间规划体系,优化城镇化布局与形态、破解城乡二元结构、提高城镇化发展质量具有重要的意义。本文立足城市边缘区的现实与特征,期望通过对连江城市边缘区控规编制方法的探讨,为其他城市边缘区控规的编制提供借鉴。

Discussion of the methods of controlled detailed planning for urban fringe area---Taken east area of Lianjiang County as example

In the urbanization advancement by Central Committee , city fringe area has become an important spatial carrier of urbanization with its superior geographical conditions , the ecological advantages , and rich stock of land .It has great significance for building a rational system for spatial planning , optimizing the layout and form of urbanization , deciphering urban-rural dual structure and improving the qual-ity of urbanization development .Based on the reality and characteristics of the edge areas of the city , this paper expected to provide a refer-ence for urban fringe area controlled planning of other city , by exploring the methods for the controlled detailed planning in urban fringe ar -ea of eastern Lianjiang County .
