基于STC89C51的预约温度控制器设计

摘    要:设计的控制器以STC89C51单片机作为核心部件,采用单总线温度传感器DS18B20检测环境温度,采用I2C总线芯片DS1302设计了时钟电路,采用RS232标准设计了串口通信电路和采用M icrosoft Visual Basic设计上位机通信界面,并通过VB的MSCOMM控件实现上位机和下位机之间的数据通信.通过独立式键盘或上位机对温度控制器进行参数设置,能够在预约的时间调整环境温度到给定值.系统具有体积小、使用方便、功能易扩展、应用广泛等优点,能较好地满足人们对温度控制的要求.

Design of the Appointment Temperature Controller Based on STC89C51

Abstract:The controller proposed in this paper took the STC89C51 MCU as the core component,the single temperature sensor DS18B20 to detect ambient temperature,the I2C Bus chip DS1302 to design the clock circuit,the RS232 to design the serial communication circuit,the Microsoft Visual Basic to design the upper computer communication interface and the MSCOMM controller to perform data communication between upper computer and lower computer.Design parameters of temperature controller were set by keyboard or upper computer.The system can adjust the ambient temperature to a given value in the appointment time.The system is compact,easy to use,easy to expand and wide application range,which can meet the requirements of temperature control.
