摘 要: | 运动物体的变化检测,恢复和提取是运动检测中的三个重要环节,本文根据视频监控设备CCD器件成像特征以及帧间差运动变化检测方案,建立了一种利用灰度均值和方差作为判决门限的高斯运动变化检测模型,运动检测实验证明,利用该模型可以相对准确的检测出视频序列图像中的运动变化区域.

Abstract: | The change detection, image recovery and extraction of moving objects are three important links. A Gauss moving and change detection model is designed based on the imaging character of video supervising equipment CCD and the scheme of moving and change detection in image difference, using gray mean and variance as the decision threshold. Moving detection experiment shows that the moving area of video sequence image can be obtained relatively accurately with this model. |
