悬浮细胞图像的计数方法研究

摘    要:悬浮细胞计数一直是细胞培养技术的重要工具.从悬浮细胞图像的灰度特点出发,探索并实现了适合悬浮细胞图像的计数方法:通过预处理,Canny边缘检测及形态学处理这三个步骤来完成分割,对分割结果采用种子点法进行区域计数,再针对所有含有种子点的区域,计算其内部灰度均值,用于区分区域是活细胞还是死细胞.经实验证明,该计数方法误差小,速度快,很大程度上减少了细胞计数的工作量.

The Counting Method Research of Suspension Cell Image

Abstract:The counting of suspension cell is very important in cell cultivation. From the gray - scale characteristics of suspension cell image to explore and realize the counting method is suitable for the suspension cell image. The segmentation was carried out through three steps: pre - processing, Canny edge detection and morphological processing. The segmentations were counted using seed - point method. For all areas containing the seed point, the gray mean value calculated for the area was the distinction between living or dead cells. The experiment proved that the error of the counting method was small, and the speed was fast. It considerably reduced the cell counting workload.
