摘    要:随着社会经济的发展,公交行车调度的重点逐渐由先前的单纯注重公交企业经济效益转向其服务水平的进一步提升.在此基本思想指导下,建立了基于以乘客利益最大化为主要目标的非等效实时优先协同优化公交网络调度模型的,并采用了遗传算法与模拟退火算法相结合的混合遗传-模拟退火(GA-SA)算法对公交行车调度发车频率进行优化,同时采用上海市公交调查数据对其进行了验证.结果表明该优化模型有较强的实用性.

Research on the Timetable Optimization Model of Public Traffic to Improve Service Quality

Abstract:With the pace of social and economic development,the focus of public traffic scheduling is gradually changing from the previous pure emphasis on the economic benefits of public traffic enterprises to improving their service quality.This paper presented an optimization scheduling model for a non-equivalent coordinated public transport network to maximize passenger's benefit under the guidance of the basic idea while meeting the objective function,and to minimize the total cost of passenger and public traffic operators.The research used an algorithm-hybrid of Genetic-simulated annealing(GA-SA) to optimize the frequency of public traffic scheduling,while using public traffic survey data of Shanghai to verify the model.The results indicate that the optimal model has strong practicability
