| Abstract: | The meanings,characteristics and main problems on the building of underground pipelines information system are discussed based on urban-rural planning.The realization principle,structure system,characteristic and value of the FDO technology are analyzed.On this condition,the design and realization methods of the system based on FDO are introduced.At the same time the key technique are described for system building. |
