行政区碎化与空间整合研究——对江苏镇江市行政区冲突的探缘

行政区冲突是我国大中城市面临的普遍问题。在对镇江区划调整历史回顾的基础上,对镇江市行政区碎化的类型、成因,以及由此引发的问题进行了实证研究。分析发现,镇江行政区碎化可大致分为自然界线分割型、历史遗留型、政治原因型和经济发展型四种类型,而且行政区碎化导致了区域协调难度加大、资源浪费严重,以及行政管理混乱等一系列问题。最后,从区划调整、空间规划和建立协调机制角度提出一些对策建议。
