| 摘 要： | 国家"十二五"规划纲要明确提出推进"京津冀区域经济一体化发展"、"打造首都经济圈",意味着"首都经济圈"已经上升为国家层面的发展战略。"首都经济圈"战略既延续了京津冀区域统筹协调发展的理念与思路,又突显了首都的地位和作用,即围绕首都功能的实现和首都资源的辐射带动来推进区域协调发展。新形势与新背景下,河北省环首都地区与北京的协调发展在发展模式、空间布局、产业协作、生态保护、协作机制创新等方面需给予重点把握。
