城乡统筹背景下小城镇总体规划编制方法探析——以河北省唐山市丰南区黄各庄镇为例

随着社会主义新农村建设的全面展开和《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》、《镇规划标准》的颁行,建制镇规划以及城乡规划的统筹与衔接成为研究的热点。本文以黄各庄镇总体规划为例,在反思传统小城镇总体规划编制方法的基础上,结合城乡统筹背景下小城镇总体规划编制理念和内容的转变,对小城镇规划编制方法进行了探索。
