内蒙某铜镍矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对内蒙某铜镍矿矿物嵌布粒度粗细不均匀、含镍较高的性质,采用组合抑制剂Y-5,以达到较好的铜镍分离效果。一段磨矿-0.074mm占70%,石灰与硫化钠为调整剂,丁基黄药与Z-200为捕收剂进行铜粗、扫选。铜粗精矿再磨至-0.045mm占86%,添加Y-5进行铜精选,获得了较理想指标:铜精矿品位30.26%,回收率88.10%,铜精矿含镍0.89%;镍精矿品位4.89%,回收率98.89%,镍精矿含铜0.25%。

Abstract:Directed at the property and characteristics in Neimeng Cu-Ni ore that is uneven dissemination size and higher level of nickel,a combination of Y-5 inhibitor is adopted to floate copper by suppression of nickel,so the better separated result is achieved.Primary grinding to-0.074mm 70%,lime and sodium sulfide are used as regulator,butyl xanthate and Z-200 as collector in the roughing and scavenging.The coarse copper concentrate is reground to 86% minus 0.045 mm,adding the depressant Y-5 and reconcentrate.A relative ideal separation index is obtained : copper concentrate containing copper 30.26% with copper recovery 88.10% and nickel 0.89%;nickel concentrate containing nickel 4.89% with nickel recovery 98.89% and copper 0.25%.
