等离子喷涂能量传递特征及其高效电源研究

摘    要:分析了等离子喷涂的能量传递特征;根据等离子喷涂对电源的具体要求,提出了新型大功率软开关逆变电源并对其性能及能源效率问题进行了实验研究.研究分析表明,该电源具有优良的性能和较高的效率,能够很好满足等离子喷涂的工艺需求.

Abstract:The properties of energy transfer for plasma spraying are discussed. According to the demand of plasma spraying for power supply, a novel large power inverter supply with soft-switching is presented and the characteristics are studied. The tests show that the inverter power supply has excellent characteristics and higher efficiency and can meet the demand of large power plasma process well.
