纤维增强发泡水泥保温板的研制

摘    要:发泡水泥保温板作为一种建筑节能材料,具有A级防火、质轻、高强、耐久性好等优点,但是,又具有脆性大、易破损、施工现场损耗大等缺点,限制了发泡水泥保温板的应用。该文研制了一种纤维增强发泡水泥保温板,将发泡水泥保温板作为芯材,上下表面复合由耐碱玻璃纤维网格布和聚合物砂浆组成的增强层,制成纤维增强发泡水泥保温板,解决了发泡水泥保温板的以上缺点,其相较于普通发泡水泥保温板,抗压强度、抗折强度提高,吸水率降低,使得制品的热工性能更好、规格更大、破损率更低,能够应用在建筑保温、防火隔离带、保温装饰一体化板保温基板等方面,具有广泛的应用前景。

Development of Fiber Reinforced Foam Cement Insulation Board
Abstract:As a kind of energy-saving building material, foamed cement insulation board features the properties of light weight, high strength, excellent fireproofing grade of A and good durability, but it has the weaknesses of great brittleness, fragility and loss, massively limiting its application. In order to improve the shortcomings, the foam cement insulation board is applied as the core material, with both the inside and outside compound surface of en-hanced by alkali-resisting glass fiber mesh and polymer mortar, making reinforced foam cement insulation board with superiorities of high bending strength, low water absorption, large size, good thermal performance and low breakage rate compared to ordinary ones. It can be used as building insula-tion material, fireproof barrier zone material, as well as the base material of compound board for insulation and decoration, featured with the excellent ap-plication prospects.
