南(京)钢电炉厂小方坯表面质量的研究

摘    要:分析了南(京)钢电炉厂小方坯表面质量问题及产生的原因,涉及结晶器振动参数、保护渣等。通过优化结晶器振动参数和改善保护渣性能,消除了铸坯的钩形振痕等缺陷,改善了表面质量。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reason that caused the surface defect of billet produced by EAF Steelmaking plant of Nanjing Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. The main reasons were attributed to unsuitable mold oscillation parameters and mold powder. Through optimizing the oscillation parameters and mold powder properties, the hook mark defect of billet was eliminated and the surface quality improved obviously.
