聚碳酸酯板材应用性能研究

摘    要:研究了聚碳酸酯板材在60℃下进行热空气加速老化以及在西安和海南两个城市进行为期1年的自然老化后的老化行为。试验结果表明,聚碳酸酯板材具有较好的耐热空气老化性和耐侯性。在热空气老化和自然老化条件下,聚碳酸酯板材仍具有较好的力学性能。自然老化对聚碳酸酯板材的银纹敏感性变化影响较小。

Abstract:The aging behaviors of polycarbonatehot under air accelerated aging at 60 ℃, as well as weathering in Xi'an and Hainan for one year were investigated. It is proved that polycarbonate sheet has a good heat aging resistance and weathering resistance. Under the hot air aging and wearthering conditions, polycarbonate sheets have good mechanical properties. After wearthering, it has slightly impact on the craze performance of polycarbnate sheet.
