摘    要:提出用能一致性原则,对MTBE合成与裂解联合装置全过程进行用能分析,从用能的角度上将过程系统一致起来,提高了系统的集成性;同时应用虚拟温度法及HEXTRAN软件及自行开发的夹点分析软件对该系统进行用能分析及换热网络匹配,节能约20%

Abstract:“The consistency principle of process energy utilization” is proposed in this paper.The energy characteristics of the units of reaction,separation,heat exchange,heat engine and heat pump are extracted due to their common property.They all accept energy from environment or give off energy to it.From the viewpoint of process energy utilization,these units can be treated as hot streams and/or cold streams.In this way,the requirement and supply of energy can be simply treated as hot streams and cold streams in heat exchange networks,the energy integration of the process will be carried out easily.The energy flow can be arranged even more reasonably,the cold utility and hot utility of the process can be reduced obviously.The problem of process energy integration will be converted into the synthesis problem of constrained or unconstrained heat exchanger networks,and there are a lot of methods to solve the problem effectively.
