超细镍粉制备的前驱物真空热分解研究

摘    要:采用TG、XRD等手段对草酸镍热分解过程进行研究,确定了草酸镍的热分解步骤;研究了真空热分解温度、升温速度、草酸镍形貌对镍粉的影响;采用充入氩气对镍粉进行钝化处理,制得氧含量小于0.64%,573 K前氧化率小于2%,粒度小于lμm的超细镍粉.

Abstract:The thermal decomposition processes of nickel oxalate in argon have been studied by TG,XRD techniques,the thermal decomposition steps of nickel oxalate are determined.The effects of the vacuum thermolysis temperature,the temperature rise rate and the pattern of nickel oxalate on nickel powders were studied.After the nickel powders are deactivated by filling with argon,the ultrafine nickel powder with oxygen content little than 0.64%,the oxidation rate little than 2% before 573 K and the particle size little...
