摘    要:采用不同添加剂对高效液相色谱分离乙醛酸衍生物的保留行为的影响进行了考察。结果表明:分子中的各基团均可参与色谱过程的相互作用;色谱过程在一定程度上保持样品分子的离解形态;在同一色谱过程中,可同时存在不同的保留机制。

Mechanisms of Separating Glycoxyl Acid Derivative on Reversed Phase lon Pair High Performance Liquid Chromatogrphy
Abstract:The effects of several addition in mobile phase on the retention of glycoxyl acid dervative on reversed phase ion pir high performance liquid chromatography was studied。 Recent experiments in this field showed that anyone of the groups in the sample molecular interactived with those of the mobile phase and supportive phase, that the form of the molecules could hardly be changed during the separation and that the different mechenisms existed during the same separation.
