摘    要:濮城油田产出液矿化度高 ,低含水井结盐严重 ,使部分井无法正常生产。本文通过油井结盐机理及影响结盐因素的分析 ,介绍了抑盐剂防盐、热洗除盐及洗井阀的推广应用、掺水除盐、找盐堵水等几种行之有效的工艺。这种工艺的实施 ,不仅极大地减少了结盐卡泵现象的发生 ,抽油井检泵周期明显提高 ,而且也较好地防止了油层污染 ,具有一定的借鉴意义

Abstract:Mineralization of production fluid is high in Pucheng Oilfield.The salt deposition in low water-bearing oil well is serious.It affects the well's production.The paper analyses the reason and influence factor of salt deposition.Some technologies of preventing and cleaning salt in the oil well are presented.For example,using controlling agent,heat washing,admixture of water ect..The application of these technologies,not only decrease the salt deposition and sticking of pump,but also the pump detection period of oil well is obviously increased and reservoir pollution is better prevented.
