正交法对蓖麻油基混合生物柴油性能的研究

摘    要:文章采用正交设计实验方法考察了硝酸异辛酯、抗氧剂300、低温流动性改进剂T1804三者的用量对蓖麻油基混合生物柴油的热值性能、氧化安定性能、低温流动性能的综合影响。以综合平衡法优选出一组效果最佳的试验方案。结果表明:当硝酸异辛酯含量为0.5wt%、抗氧剂300含量为0.6wt%、T1804含量为0.15wt%时,热值性能、氧化安定性能、低温流动性能三者性能达到最佳。

Abstract:The paper related to study the contents of the 2-Ethylhexyl nitrate,antioxidant 300 and diesel fuel low-temperature flow improver T1804 which had influences on the heat value,oxidative stability and diesel fuel low-temperature fluidity by orthogonal test.The optimized experimental formula was obtained by synthetical balance method.It was 2-Ethylhexyl nitrate 0.5 %(mass rations),antioxidant 300 0.6 %(mass rations) and diesel fuel low-temperature flow improver T1804 0.15 % (mass rations).
