SCHNEIDER变频调速实验装置的研制及应用

摘    要:变频器装置在调速性能、智能控制、通讯功能等方面都具有优异的性能.为了使学生更好地掌握变频调速的原理及其通用变频器的应用,采用SCHNEIDER变频器开发了一个变频调速实验装置.文中介绍了该实验装置的基本组成.该实验装置可以实现现代变频调速中的最重要的控制,具有单机和网络通讯两种控制模式.本文同时也阐述了此实验装置在实验教学中的应用.该装置工作可靠、操作方便,很适合用于本科生的变频调速实践教学.

Abstract:Frequency converter device has an excellent functions at speed control performance ,intelligence control and communication function. In order to make the students have a good command of principle of variable frequency control and application of frequency converter, the experimental set is designed with SCHNEIDER frequency converter. The paper describes the construction of experimental set. This experi- mental set can carry out the most important methods of modern variable frequency control and can be used both in stand-alone and network environment . The paper also describes the application of this set in the experimental teaching. This experimental set is provided with reliable run and convenient operation,and it suits to teaching experiments of variable frequency control.
