摘    要:介绍了应用该技术进行液动射流冲击器系统综合分析的具体步骤和重要结论,通过仿真分析结果与实验现象及数据的对比,验证了仿真分析结论的正确性。同时,借助虚拟样机技术良好的可视化效果对实验所无法观测的冲击器内部工作过程进行了模拟,对实验过程中所遇到的各种特殊现象的产生机理进行了合理推断。应用虚拟样机技术进行液动射流冲击器的结构设计与动态仿真,在有效提升产品性能的同时大幅度降低了研究成本、缩短了新产品的研制周期。

Abstract:In this paper, the specified steps and critical conclusion of comprehensively analyzing the hydrokinetic system with the application of the virtual prototype are introduced. By comparing the simulation result and experimental phenomena and data, the correctness of simulation analysis conclusion is verified. Meanwhile, by the aid of its perfect visualization, enabled the internal work process simulated, which people can not seen with eyes before; and reasoned the generating principle of different abnormal phenomena encountered during the experiment. Using the technique of virtual prototype to perform the structural design and dynamic simulation of hydrokinetic hammer, the product performance could be improved effectively, whereas the research cost highly reduced, and the research duration shortened.
