摘    要:橄榄石型LiFePO4具有170 mAh/g的理论比容量和约3.5 V的电压、较好的常温和高温稳定性、低廉的价格和优良的环保性能,有望作为大型移动式锂离子电池的正极材料。本文阐述了锂离子正极材料LiFePO4的特性和优势,介绍了其作为正极材料的电池原理及电化学性能,综述了近年来国内外利用真空气相沉积法制备LiFePO4薄膜正极材料的研究进展,并对开发高性能LiFePO4薄膜正极材料提出了研发思路。

Abstract:Olivine-type LiFePO4 are recently expected to have a bright future as a potential cathode material of large scale moveable lithium ion batteries for its high theoretical capacity(170 mAh/g)and voltage(about 3.5 V versus Li/Li ),good stability both at room temperature and high temperature,low cost and environmental benignancy.In this paper,the characteristic and significance of LiFePO4 as cathode material for Li-ion batteries were explained.Its cell theory and electrochemical property were introduced.The progress of LiFePO4 fabricated by physical vapor deposition was reviewed.And finally the trend of research and development was pointed out.
