三(三溴苯基)三聚氰酸酯的合成研究

摘    要:本文以三溴苯酚和三聚氯氰为原料,在缚酸剂的存在下,合成了一种性能优良的添加型阻燃剂三(三溴苯基)三聚氰酸酯(TTBPC)。考察了合成方法、溶剂、缚酸剂和时间对反应的影响,确定了以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,碳酸钠为缚酸剂,并经二氯甲烷优化产品的实验条件,收率可达92%,纯度为96.4%。通过核磁谱图对化合物的结构进行了表征。

Abstract:Tris(tribromophenyl) cyanurate(TTBPC) as an excellent additional retardant was synthesized by using cyanuric chloride and 2,4,6-tribromophenol as starting materials in the presence of acid accepter.The effects of the method of synthesis,solvent,acid accepter and time on the yield were investigated.The results showed that ethyl acetate and sodium carbonate were used as solvent and acid accepter.The quality of the product was improved by dichloromethane.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the yield was 92% and the purity achieved 96.4%.The structure of the product was defined by NMR.
