精馏过程的节能途径

摘    要:精馏是化工、石化、医药等过程的重要单元操作,它是一类高能耗的单元过程,其能耗约占化工生产的60%,其节能途径包括多效精馏、热泵精馏、热耦精馏技术、内部热集成蒸馏塔、新型高效分离技术等。多效精馏由N个并列操作的精馏塔构成,再沸器的加热蒸汽可减少到原来单效精馏所需加热蒸汽的1/N左右;热泵精馏能使能耗减少20%左右;热耦精馏比两个常规塔精馏可节省30%左右;内部热集成蒸馏塔节省的能耗可达30~60%。这些技术已成功地完成了中试,节能可达到30~60%。

Abstract:Rectification is the main unit operation in chemical industry,petrochemical industry,medicine and so on,which is a high energy consumption unit process,the energy consumption is 60% in the whole produce process.The energy saving approaches including multiple-effect rectification,heat-pump rectification,hot couple rectification,inner hot integrated distillation tower,new high-effect separation technology and so on.Multiple-effect rectification including N parallel operation rectification towers,the heating steam of re-boiler can reduce into 1/N comparing the original single-effect rectification The energy consumption can reduce 20% in heat-pump rectification.The hot couple rectification can reduce 30% energy comparing to the two common towers.The energy saving reached 30~60% in inner hot integrated distillation tower.This technologies proved to be success in middle test,saving energy reached 30~60%.
