南水北调西线工程长隧洞施工方法研究

摘    要:南水北调西线工程隧洞具有海拔高、洞径大、单洞长、埋深厚的特点 ,隧洞施工技术对西线工程的实施具有决定性作用 .结合西线工程隧洞的特点和工程区的地质条件 ,对西线工程隧洞的施工方法进行初步研究 .分析认为 ,西线工程隧洞的开挖应采用全断面掘进机施工方法 ,辅助坑道要根据地形情况和掘进机的性能布置 ,隧洞出碴采用带式输送机运输方式 ,隧洞通风采用混合式通风方式

Abstract:The tunnel in the West Line Project of the South North Water Transfer is of high altitude, large diameter, long distance, and deep covered characteristics. The tunnel construction technique plays an important role in the implementation of the West Line Project. In consideration of the tunnel characteristics and geologic conditions, the tunnel construction methods are primarily studied. It is suggested that the tunnel should be constructed by TBM;the auxiliary galleries arranged according to the landform and TBM performance; belt conveyers selected for mucking transportation; and the mixing ventilation facilities adopted for tunnel air exchange.
