摘    要:采用数值方法,考虑自由载流子吸收、单光子光致电离吸收和双光子光致电离吸收等激光吸收机制以及材料的光学、热学性质对温度和载流子密度的依赖性,通过求解能量输运方程以及温度扩散方程,研究了探测器材料受连续波红外激光辐照时的温升过程,讨论了材料的温升与入射激光波长、功率和辐照时间的关系,并给出了材料内温度的瞬态分布

Abstract:By means of numerical methods,in which the various laser absorption mechanisms,i.e.,the absorption of free carrier,mono\|photon and bi\|photons and the dependence of optical,thermal properties on carriers concentration of the detector material and temperature are considered,by solving the equations of energy transport and temperature diffusion, the temperature rise on detector material irradiated by IR laser beam is studied,the relationship of the irradiating laser wavelength,power and irradiating time with temperature rise is discussed,and the temperature distribution in the material at various time is given.\=
