摘    要:机械传动效率低、井下管柱磨擦损耗等是造成游梁平衡式抽油设备运行效率不高的主要因素。通过降低抽油机冲次、加大冲程等简单易行的措施,优化抽油机运行参数,对提高其运行效率有一定的效果。

Abstract:The main reasons for low operating efficiency of beam-balanced pumping unit are low-efficiency mechanical rotation and the friction loss of downhole pipes.Such simple measures as decreasing the frequency of stroke of pumping units and increasing stroke can optimize the operating parameters of pumping units and have certain effects on increasing the operating efficiency.
