磷酸酯改性CaCO3在PVC塑料上的应用

摘    要:采用系列磷酸酯改性纳米CaCO3,从粒径的分布、DOP糊粘度、吸油量 ,白度等方面研究了改性CaCO3 的表面性质。研究结果表明 :改性后的CaCO3 表面疏水亲油 ,DOP糊粘度、吸油量以及在DOP中的平均团聚粒径均减小。将改性后的CaCO3 填充于软PVC塑料体系当中研究其材料的各项性能 ,发现采用磷酸酯改性CaCO3 可以显著地提高软PVC/CaCO3 塑料的熔体流动速率和材料的撕裂强度。而且 ,发现用磷酸酯改性CaCO3 填充的软PVC塑料的白度高。

Abstract:In this paper, we studied the surface properties of CaCO 3 which was modified by alkyl organophosphates. Through the study of the modified CaCO 3's surface properties, such as granule diameter, viscosity of DOP, oil absorbility and whiteness, etc., we found that modified CaCO 3 was lipophilic and the viscosity of DOP, oil absorbility and the average diameter of the particle in DOP was reduced. The modified CaCO 3 was filled in soft PVC system. The investigations showed that the melt index (MI) and tearing strength could be remarkably improved. Moreover, the soft PVC filled with modified CaCO 3 is whiter.
