南水北调项目群集成管理研究

以南水北调工程为研究对象,提出了考虑层次维度的南水北调项目群总体结构。在项目群及项目群管理一般理论的基础上,运用集成管理的思想和理念,结合工程实际情况,对南水北调项目群集成管理问题做了深入的研究和分析,建立了南水北调项目群集成化管理的概念模型,阐述了项目群信息、目标、要素、过程、组织集成的内涵及5个方面的相互关系。

The Integrated Management of South-to-North Water Transfer Project Group

Taking South-to-North Water Transfer Project as the research object, it put forward an overall structure of South-to-North Water Transfer Project group considering the level dimension. Based on the general theory of the project group and the project group management,using the thoughts and ideas of integrated management, combing with the factual situation of the Project, the integrated management problem of Southto-North Water Transfer project group is researched and analyzed deeply and a conceptual model about the integrated management is established. The connotation of information, goal, factor, process and organization integration of the project group and the relationship between the five aspects are stated.
