针对陀螺碗壳零件口部尺寸难控制，零件拉伸过程中表面易划伤的工艺难点，提出了合理的工艺流程。通过优化模具设计、改进模具凹模圆角、模具凹凸模液态氮化处理，加工的零件尺寸好、表面质量好，模具寿命大大提高。

Analysis Drawing Process And Die Design of Bowl-Shaped Shell

In light of the problem of being difficult to control the opening dimension of bowl shape shell parts of gyroscope and parts surface being apt to be scratched during the process of extrusion,this paper proposed rational flow diagram of the process. By means of the optimization of die design,improved round corner of cavity die and liquid nitrogen treatment of punch and die,the worked parts have precise dimensions and excellent surface quality,the life of die have been greatly prolonged.
