摘    要:用颗粒离散法数值模拟循环流化床中测定物料流率的叶轮式流量计工作过程。数值模拟结果表明颗粒质量流率与叶轮转速基本呈线性关系,这与实验所得到的结果相吻合。研究了叶轮的叶片数目和角度对颗粒质量流率与叶轮转速关系的影响。

Abstract:The turbine meters used for metering solids re circulating flow rate of Circulating Fluidized Bed are numerically simulated by the Discrete Element Method. The simulation results indicate that the working process of the turbine meter consists of two stages: initial acceleration and steady rotation. The final rotation rate of the turbine at the end of the acceleration stage depends on the velocity of flowing particles. The relationship of solids mass flow rate to the rotation rate of the turbine is linear, and the relationship was well documented by experiment results. The influence of blade number and blade angle on the relationship is also examined.
