基于超声波测距系统的温度补偿电路设计

摘    要:针对单片机AT89C52的超声波微地形测距系统的精度及系统的稳定性,本文着重对该系统的校正电路进行了系统研究,设计了该系统的温度补偿电路。一方面该电路中的基于集成温度传感器DS18B20的温度检测及补偿电路,提高了数据采集的精度及灵敏度;另一方面该电路中的基于MAX813L芯片的硬件看门狗电路。提高了系统的稳定性。该校正电路的设计使测距系统具有抗干扰能力强、信噪比和测距精度高等优点。

Abstract:The sensitivity and stability of the single chip processor AT89C52 ultrasonic wave and microtopography the measuring dis- tance data collecting system is presented in this paper which emphasized the corrector circuit adopted and designed temperature com- pensation circuit .this system includes based on the integrated temperature sensor DS18B20 temperature examination electric circuit and the MAX813L chip hardware watchdog electric circuit.It not only increased the sensitivity and accuracy of data collection,but al- so enhanced the stability of the system.the design has stronge antijamming ability,highe SNR and measuring distance accuracly.
