羟氨基聚醚在喷涂聚脲防水涂料中的应用研究

摘    要:通过合理的分子结构设计,在喷涂聚脲体系中引入羟氨基聚醚D-2800,制备出性能优异的喷涂聚脲防水涂料.由于D-2800具有独特的分子结构,通过调整其用量,能够调节凝胶时间,提高聚脲反应初期强度,有效解决针眼问题.通过调节D-2800和硬段的含量可制备出力学强度优良、硬度高、富有弹性的聚脲弹性体,同时与混凝土基材有良好的附着力.

Abstract:Spray polyurea waterproofing coating with good performance is prepared by appropriate molecular design of adding hydroxyl amino-terminated polyether D-2800.Due to D-2800's unique molecular structure the setting time of polyurea can be adjusted,early strength improved and pinhole problem solved by changing its quantity used.Also polyurea elastomer with high mechanical strength and hardness can be obtained by adjusting amount of D-2800 and hard segment and good adhesion with concrete as well.
