摘    要:超深防渗墙技术是新疆深厚覆盖层坝基防渗处理过程中攻克的主要难题,为了更好的推广应用这一技术,本文总结了该方面的探索实践,展示了多年来新疆在该领域的成就。分析了新疆河床深厚覆盖层的特点和需要解决的问题,以大河沿工程坝基186m防渗墙为例,总结了在设计和施工方面的关键技术和创新。超深防渗墙建设关键技术包括取消心墙廊道等复杂连接形式的防渗墙设计结构,以及造孔成槽成套装备、泥浆固壁技术、成墙关键技术、特殊环境下防渗墙施工技术等,已在新疆多个工程得到成功应用,标志着200 m级防渗墙建设技术已经成熟,可为类似工程提供经验借鉴。

Abstract:For many years, the ultra-deep cutoff wall technology has been the main problem to be overcome in the anti-seepage treatment of dam foundation with deep overburden in Xinjiang, and it has created the best completely closed cutoff wall technology. In order to popularize and apply this technology better, the practice and exploration in this field was summarized, and the achievements of Xinjiang in this field over the years were showed in this paper. The characteristics of the deep overburden of riverbed in Xinjiang and the problems to be solved were analyzed, and the key technologies and innovations in design and construction were summarized by taking the 186m cutoff wall of dam foundation of Daheyan project as an example. The key technologies for the construction of ultra-deep cutoff wall include the design structure of cutoff wall with complex connection forms such as the cancellation of core wall corridor, as well as the complete equipment for pore making and trough formation, mud wall fixation technology, key technology for wall formation, and construction technology for cutoff wall under special circumstances, etc. These technologies had been successfully applied in many projects in Xinjiang, indicating that the construction technology of 200m cutoff wall is mature, which can provide valuable experience for similar projects.
