蒙古国Bumbat金矿选矿厂技术改造及生产实践

摘    要:氰化炭浸工艺首次在蒙古国岩金矿山应用。在Bumbat选矿厂技术改造设计中,采用了低压无氰解吸同温电解;尾矿压滤后存放于防渗的尾矿库中;含氰贫液循环使用;解吸电解金泥精炼。3个月的生产实践表明:改造后的工艺流程先进,技术指标达到了世界上同类矿山的先进水平。

Abstract:A cyanidation CIP process is first applied in rock gold mines of Mongolia.Technology reforms of Bumbat Cyanidation Plant include that gold desorption from actovated carbon and electrowinning unchanging temperature with low pressure and no cyanidation is used,tailings after treated by press filters is heaped at tailing dam with Leakage proof,bearing cyanide barren solution is recycled for reuse and the electrowinned precepatate is refined.The operating practice for three months indicates that the reformed processes are advanced and the technology yields are same as similar cyanidation plants in the world.
