摘 要: | Solstar模拟技术是将计算传热传质学和计算机可视化技术应用于铸造工艺分析 ,能预测铸造缺陷的部位和大小 ,使铸造技术人员清楚地了解铸件形成过程 ,在优化铸造工艺中具有重要作用。从数个铸件的模拟分析来看 ,模拟结果与实际生产一致。

Abstract: | Solstar simulation technique is the application of heat transfer and computerized video technology to foundry technology analysis for predicting the locations and sizes of casting defects. As the process of casting forming is clearly demonstrated,it plays an important role in optimizing casting technology. Simulating results are found in conformity with that of actual production by simulating analysis to several casting pieces. |
