乳糖酸高产菌株的选育及发酵条件的初步研究

摘    要:从土壤中分离出了一株乳糖酸生产菌株,经鉴定为洋葱假单胞菌。采用NTG诱变,选育出了乳糖酸高产菌株NTG-15-03,并对其发酵条件进行了初步的研究。结果表明:以乳糖10.0%,玉米水解液1.0%,NaCl 0.05%,K_2HPO_40.1%,KH_2PO_4 0.1%,硫酸镁0.05%,pH7.0为培养基,该菌株的乳糖酸产量为92.1g/L。

Abstract:Lacticbionic acid-producing strain was isolated from soil and identified that is Burkholderia cepacia. A lacticbionic acid -high producing mutant named as NTG-15-03 stain was bred by NTG. It was showed that the genetic property of this mutant was stable by pass-generation tests, Afterthat the fermentation condition was initially researched. The result showed that.the production of lacticbionic acid of NTG-15 -03 strain was 92.1g/L on the medium of lactose 10G; corn syrup1.0G; NaC1 0.05G; KH2PO4 0.1%; K2HPO4 0.1G ; MgSO4 0.05G ; pH 7.0.
