摇臂精密冲铆成形装置研究

摘    要:为解决复杂结构摇臂铆接过程中销轴增粗变形技术问题,优化设计了一种分瓣式凹模结构冲铆精密成形模具,并通过铆接力的计算分析,优化设计了销轴结构.借助Deform-3D工具对摇臂销轴冲铆过程进行仿真分析.最后,通过对比试验验证了模具结构的合理性.本方案有效地控制了摇臂销轴在冲铆时镦粗变形量,满足摇臂铆接后销轴直径工艺设计要求...

Abstract:For solving the technology problem of the pin which becomes more coarse and deformation in the process of riveting complex structure of rockshaft,a kind of exactitude molding die was designed in the manner of petals structure,and a new structure was optimized through calculating the riveting force.Then,the rockshaft punched and riveted process were simulated by dint of Deform-3D tools.Finally,the rationality of the die structure was validated by contrast experiment.The results show that the upsetting distor...
