导电剂形貌对锂离子电池倍率性能的影响

摘    要:研究了正极导电剂形貌对锂离子电池倍率放电性能的影响。正极中添加炭黑类导电剂的电池具有良好的倍率放电性能,15 C放电时能放出1 C容量的84.3%;正极中添加石墨类导电剂的电池放电容量随放电电流的增大而迅速下降,15 C放电时仅能放出1 C容量的21.8%。这是由于石墨类导电剂具有片状颗粒形貌,引起孔隙曲折系数较大增长,而炭黑类导电剂颗粒接近球型,对曲折系数的影响较小所造成的。

Abstract:The effect of conductive agent morphology in positive electrode on the rate discharge performance of Li-ion batteries was studied.The cell using carbon black as conductive agent in positive electrode had good rate discharge performance.At the discharge rate of 15 C,the cells still held 84.3% of the discharge capacity shown at the discharge rate of 1 C.The discharge capacity of cells with graphite as conductive agent in positive electrode dropped steeply as the discharge current increases.The discharge capac...
