摘    要:薄壁管冷弯成形过程中最常见的缺陷有管坯内侧失稳起皱、外侧减薄破裂,为获得质量良好的某车用水冷管接头冷弯件,采用数值模拟方法分别研究了芯棒伸出量e、防皱块与管坯间隙c以及芯棒直径d等工艺参数对冷弯成形质量的影响.结果表明:随着芯棒伸出量e增大,管坯外侧壁厚减薄率γ增大,管坯内侧起皱趋势先减小再增大;随着管坯与防皱块的间隙...
