| 摘 要： | 电力金具悬挂件U型挂环的机械强度要求高,产品规格多,需求量大.常用的楔横轧模具在生产了一定量后,会发生较严重的磨损状况.为了探索延长楔横轧用U型挂环制坯模具的寿命,对传统形式的模具结构进行了改进.设计了2副工作面镶嵌H13热锻模钢的楔横轧模具,合理确定楔横轧工艺参数,5种规格U型挂环坯料均可在此模具上轧制,介绍了镶嵌工...
