| Abstract: | The cooling tower is an accessory engineering project of the Electric Power Plant. In order to assure the quality of the construct,we did a following observation to the settlement of foundation during the construction according to the needs of engineering quality. So we got the settlement value. This settlement observation is important in quality monitoring of the construction of foundation. |
