| Abstract: | The deepening reform of personnel system and construction of personnel engineering for next century in AISC Ironmaking Plant are introduced in detail: management strategies regarding personnel as basis are established. The mechanism of personnel is promoted. The personnel resources is developed sufficiently. The results show that this reform of AISC Ironmaking Plant has promoted the increasement of enterprise economic profit directly. |
