氧化物包膜冷阴极荧光灯用荧光粉的应用性能研究

摘    要:本文研究了Y2O3包膜冷阴极荧光灯用三基色荧光粉的应用性能。Y2O3包膜后,BAM蓝粉和LAP绿粉的热劣化性能得到了明显的提高,同时三基色荧光粉经包覆处理后涂敷性能得到有效提升。对比包膜和没有包膜的荧光粉制成的冷阴极荧光灯的初始亮度和老化数据结果表明,Y2O3包覆不仅可提升三基色荧光粉的一次性能及其涂敷性能,同时对冷阴极灯的光衰也具有一定的改善效果。

Abstract:The application properties of phosphors used for CCFL by Y2O3 coating are studied in this paper. After Y2O3 coating, the thermal degradation property of BAM blue and LAP green phosphors are greatly improved as well as their printhis properties. The initial optical parameters and aging data of the CCFL made with phosphors before and after Y2O3 coating are compared. Results show that Y2 O3 coating presentes positive effect on the-first properties of phosphorsand the aging property of cold cathode lamps.
