| 摘 要： | 构造基于WWW的人工神经网络系统有着重要的意义。比较了各动态Web技术后选择Matlab的Web技术结合神经网络工具箱和数据库工具箱作为该系统的开发方案，并给出具体实现方法。

| Abstract: | It is very significant to build an artificial neural network system based on WWW. Various dynamic Web technologies have been discussed. Matlab Web technology combined with Matlab database toolbox and artificial neural network toolbox were chosen for developing the system and an implementation method has been presented. |
